Abstract
The objective of the research is to test performace affects to the job satisfaction of male and female employees by means of gender as moderator variables. And the results show that the six hypotheses have proved significantly: (1) There are differences in the effect on the performance level of job satisfaction between male and female employees; (2) Factors that affecting the level of job satisfaction on the performance of male and female employees are work in general, supervision, co-workers, promotion, salary, turnover, motivation, and commitment of organization.
