Abstract
K3 training effort is a crucial means to prevent accidents. This can be done by providing knowledge and training about K3 and the implementation of the attitude towards the implementation of the prevention of occupational accidents. So that the necessary training is given early K3 for the implementation of accident prevention can be applied in the work. Until now, there are still companies that are legal entities which do not apply the K3 for safety of employees and the company which would be bad if the K3 is not implemented.
