Abstract

Business development is an important thing in the company, in conditions of an increasingly competitive business environment today make the company are required to always develop their business. CV. YHZ realize that in terms of management there are still shortcomings, namely in terms of setting the safety of the workers, although in general the industry has experienced considerable labor. Related to labor and production quality is good, certainly can not be separated from the conditions of labor itself, which is the safety factor. This industry has not had a standard document that regulates workplace safety. Labor no formal procedure has not been directed to carry out actions to support safety. After doing research on the CV. YHZ note that there are quite a lot of things that have the potential dangers and the possibility of accidents from various sources such as activities, equipment, infrastructure, environmental conditions and others. In studies that have been made known, there are several sources of hazard of shirt production activities that have been done among others of activity smoothed cloth, fabric cutting, pressing, sewing, ironing and transport fabric. Meanwhile the potential dangers that come from the environment, among others, the wet floor, the heat, limited land, poor lighting and air circulation is not good. Meanwhile, a wide range of actions that need to be done to reduce the potential for accidents to workers is the improvement of working postures and socialization for ways of working both in the working position much time spent in a sitting position, job training proper use of PPE (personal protective equipment) properly and orderly, maintain cleanliness and order of the workplace and the last yangb is the use of tools that facilitate the workers in the transport process. And if there is serious injury will require P3K handling is good and right.
