Abstract
To enhances the employees working capability, company could pick several methods, one of them is by giving them additional compensation. Compensation had been regarded as the easiest and fastest way to increase employees working capability due to the fact that it will give quick extra motivations, therefore allowing them to work more effectively to pursue their target to achieve their target compensation while also increasing their satisfaction level. Compensation that could be given to the employees can be divided into 2, in the form as a salary or as an incentives, Picking an option between these 2 should be made considering the company situations, especially considering that compensation, especially incentives could increase the rivalry that occured within the company and ended up giving negative results. This research is done within manufacturing company, an industrial company that utilizes a varied level of workers, therefore enabling a more detailed views of how the compensation will works in multiple segments simultaneously.
