Abstract

Creating religious harmony bothat regional, provincial, and national is the duty of all citizens along with other government agencies. To create and maintain religious harmony, required effort and earnest effort and the need for cooperation from all parties, both from the regious community itself, religious leaders and government authorities. Based on the findings of research conducted by the researcher, PBM Implementation Ministry of Religious Affairs and Minister of the Interior Number: 9 in 2006 and Number: 8 2006 through the governmrnt's policy in an attempt Gunung Mas FKUB empowerment can be describe by : 1) Mechanisms / Procedures in FKUB empowerment Gunung Mas. 2) Linkages and the role of inter-agency, office or religious institutions (MUI, PGIS, Catholic religious institutions, Hindu religious institutions) in FKUB empowerment. 3) Factors inhibiting and supporting internal and external.
