In this research, author will explain about implementation of 5(five) working active days to government employee toward public service quality. This implementation is regentÂ’s Gunung Mas instructions in Monetary Asset and Management Department Gunung Mas regency. This research is qualitative approach and causal type. The indicators used to determine the impact of implemented five working days include: reliability responbility of care officials, ministry officials proficiency, approach to the community and ease of public contact with the officer, friendliness, openness, communication between officers and the community, credibility, clarity, and certainly. The results shows that implementation of 5(five) working days didnÂ’t give too significantly impact toward public service quality. Besides that there are supporting and inhibiting factor. The supporting factors are created by truth, clarity, and more effective performance of public service quality. While, inhibiting factors are adoption of new rules by government employee yet.
