Abstract
This present of study was aimed to determine effect of the compensation which giver by UD. Mebel Mas Agung branch of Bendungan Sutami Malang for job satisfaction of employees at UD. Mebel Mas Agung branch of Bendungan Sutami Malang. Data collection techniques are questionnaires and scored with reference to likert scale and the analytical descriptive. The results were obtained from the questionnaire with using SPSS 21 version were showed if the compensation on UD. Mebel Mas Agung branch of Bendungan Sutami Malang were completed but still need to be improve. The Job satisfaction on UD. Mebel Mas Agung branch of Bendungan Sutami Malang were not appropriated yet, so that is need to be more improve.
