Research results showed that an increase in the construction of the road is proportional to the mognitude of the publics willingness to availability of better road infrastructure. The wishes of the people depends on the experience, knowledge and education they received either directly or indirectly. Form of public participation is comparable with what they have and what can be earned, while the emergence of community participation in line with the emergence of peopleÂ’s expectations to be able reap the fruits of what he had done. One of the causes of peopleÂ’s willingness to participate in the improvement of the constructions of the road is the authority that they have, when very little authority they have then there is a reluctance to participate, while development of programs to improve the way the agency has done very little to authorize the society directly. The process of implementation of the road improvement construction oriented to the interests and community participation is the implementation of development that gives authority to the community as much as possible in accordance with the knowledge, skills and education to support the program.
