Abstract
Motivation is the foremost aspect within a company, based on the thoory of both Maslow (1943) and Alderfer (1972), there's several steps of priority for a person that may affect their motivations. Adelfer said that an individual can and will revoke its priorities from higher position to the lower ones if the priorities in the lower end of the hierarchy isn't been fulfilled yet, and therefore affecting their motivation should it failed to be cope upon by the company.This research is done within PT Victory International Futures, a trade based company and having an intense competition atmosphere and therefore will be interesting if such a research be done in this company.
