Abstract
This research was conducted to examine the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT Diamond Emas Sentosa in Malang. Sample in this research amounted to 15 employees of PT Diamond Emas Sentosa. This research useda quantitative approach, the data for this research were obtained through a question naire research that has been completed by respondents who have been determined. Data analysis method used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis were processedusing SPSS version 21.The results of this research indicate that work motivation positive and significant impacton employee performance. Job satisfaction and significant positive effecton employee performance. Mean while variable work motivation and job satisfaction positively and significantly together on employee performance.
