The unsuccessful teaching of "General English" at secondary level makes this English is not popular for both teachers and students at University level. The shift to "Specific English" is widely accepted. What is to be remembered in shifting to "Specific English" is not only the materials to be taught, but also skill priorities to meet the needs of the students English. In addition, coordination among co-English teachers and tourism subject teachers is highly recommended. And anticipacing free labour market indicated by the labour movement from one country to another country, the teaching of culture is to be considered and blended in language teaching to minimize culture shock and to help student to work professionally in taourism industry.
