Abstract
Reward point encourage customers to use or buy product/service more often in many quantities. The more frequent transactions and the greater of consumers share wallet will increase their loyalty. Reward points can positively affect customer loyalty where the more reward points are given, the loyalty of customers will be increase. Customer loyalty program especially reward points in some research from Western countries, Asia such as China and Taiwan have been proven effective in improving the credit card user loyalty. However, based on this study found that credit card reward point program effective if: 1) the level of consumer awareness to this program is in high categories; 2) it program capable to increased the switching cost; and 3) provide real benefits to consumers.
