Abstract

Bank sampah is an innovative program of an institution that would buy a recycle-able waste with a method not unlike a common comercial bank, which aiming at reducing a plastic waste that pollute the nature and threaten ecology. In practice, Bank Sampah designed to be operated alongside people acceptance and their willingness to participate, which makes it an ideal platform to be used as empowerment tools to elevate the people of lower strata to a better living standart.
