Abstract
HIV Aids has become a global problem because they cause a pandemic has hit in almost all countries. In fact, according to the journal published by Unicef Indonesia Within every 25 minutes in Indonesia, there is a new person is infected with HIV. One out of every five infected people under the age of 25 years. Projections indicate that the Indonesian Health Ministry without any acceleration of HIV prevention programs, more than half a million people in Indonesia will be HIV positive in 2014. Efforts to reduce the spread of HIV / AIDS sole is to do prevention because until now there has been no effective drugs to treat the disease The. One effort that can be done to membanun public awareness and increase their knowledge about HIV / AIDS is through social marketing or what is often called social marketing. In this paper will describe efforts to build public awareness on the HIV-AIDS through social marketing.
