Coltman (1991) say, the term of hospitality embarces not only hotels, motels and restaurant, but also resorts, clubs, cocktail bar industrial and institutional feeding operations and many similar and related business. The other witer like Keiser (1989) describe, the hospitality segment itself includes these six general categories: 1) Lodging, 2) Food Service, 3) Transportation, 4) Leisure Activity, 5) Hospitals and Nursing Homes, and 6) Educational support with these criteria we can conclude that, the hospitality industry are any kind of the firm or activity connect with hospitality. With the growth in tourism came an expansion in the scale of hospitality industry operations. This not only occurred at the local and national level, but also at the international level since many organizations in the hospitality industry are now multinational corporations, operating around the world. With the growth operation from local or national multinational. These situation caused the high competitive among corporate and the environment to be complicated and dynamic. With this condition need professional management to run the hospitality industry to make compatitve advantage position.
