Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of simultaneous or partial variable remuneration, organizational commitment and education and training of the soldiers in environmental performance Rindam V / Brawijaya. The population are all members of military servicemen in Rindam V / Brawijaya as many as 243 military personnel in Rindam V / Brawijaya and sample as many as 71 people as respondents. Furthermore, primary data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to prove the hypothesis of the study. The results showed remuneration, organizational commitment and education and training simultaneously significant effect on the performance of soldiers in the military organization Rindam V / Brawijaya. Thus the combination of remuneration, organizational commitment and education and training proved capable warriors in the organization's environmental performance Military Rindam V / Brawijaya. Among remuneration, organizational commitment and education and training turns variable remuneration is the dominant influence on the performance of soldiers in the military organization Rindam V / Brawijaya it shows that remuneration is a major factor supporting the performance of soldiers in military organization Rindam V / Brawijaya. The results obtained by analysis of determination coefficient indicates the variable remuneration, organizational commitment, and education and training can explain the changes in the performance of soldiers in Rindam V / Brawijaya amounted to 60.0%, while 40.0% is explained by other variables not analyzed.
