Abstract

The main objectives of this research are that we want to describe price, sevice quality and relationship marketing toward costumers satisfiction, to analyze the influence of price, service quality and relationship marketing toward costumers satisfiction, and to analyze which most dominant among the price, service quality and relationship marketing in influencing costumers satisfiction. Population of this research is 450. The sample dtermination in this research implements purposive random sampling finding sample size 100 respondents from Ganesah Operation Kediri . the data collection method was conducted by quistionnaire and documentation study . The result shows that the independent variables which consist of price, service quality and relationship marketing simulataneously influence on costumers satisfiction. The value of F computed is grater than F table , meaning that it has significant influence. And the partial test shows that only the price and service quality have significat influence.
