Abstract

This research purposes to analyze the influence of Motivation, Discipline and Stress of work to the Employee Performance inhealthy center Sub-district Pakisaji Malang Regency, as well as todetermine the variables that have a dominant influence. This research is explanative research with allemployee population of healthy center atsub-district Pakisaji totaling 50 employees. The output of Regression analysis showed that the variables simultaneously work motivation, work discipline and work stress have a significant effect on the performance of employees inhealthycenter at Pakisaji Malang. Dominant variable is work motivation.
