PT. PLN (Limited) Bangil Network Services Unit untill now has not been optimal performance, so it needs improvements in work performance of the managers and the employees. The objective of the research was to study the influence of motivation, leadership and career development on employee performance. The research was conducted at PT. PLN (Limited) Bangil Network Services Unit Pasuruan Area East Java in October 2012 until March 2013. The research method is using explanatory with the survey method. Data collection techniques by census with a sample of 40 respondents. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of research showed that the factor of motivation, leadership and career development have an influence on employee performance. For motivation factor has the effect of 49,4%, for the leadership of factors have an influence at 29,2% and career development has the effect of 23,1% on employee performance. The motivation factors have a dominant influence on the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Limited) Bangil Network Services Unit Pasuruan Area.
