This study took the title of Loyalty Marketing Mix Analysis of Patient In Hospital Outpatient Installation Batu Baptist. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of variable product, price, place, promotion, employee, physical evidence and the loyalty of patients in outpatient installation Batu Baptist Hospital.
