Abstract

The result of this research is showing that fulfillment of teachers who have teaching professional of certificate work load implementation of policy in SMP Negeri 4 Tamiang layang has not been implementing as well as that policy will. The mechanism with institutions associated withing fulfillment teacher work load implementation of that policy which must interpretated by implementators and target group are not being run well yet, less of information and coordination in order to implementing that policy are being barriers factors. In this time, the sanction of that policy has applied to the teachers that have teachers, in the order to find the solutions can be motivating factor in the implementation for that policy. Through this research, researcher suggesting to the government that more active to find solutions and immediately to teachers redistributions at barito timur regency, center Kalimantan province.
