Abstract

Result of this research prove that in general officer have known and important comprehending of officer administration aspect him that is counted 65%. Knowing and comprehending rights and obligations as PNS in Public Health Service environment counted 81 % and knowing and comprehending Cessation of PNS (PNS Post Duty) in Dinas Kesehatan Kota Malang only 44%. In Management of administration officer of duty post in Dinas Kesehatan Kota Malang, as according to UU No. 11 Year 1969, but not yet is optimal. Administrate system executed bypart of officer in Dinas Kesehatan Kota Malang, less issupporting offluency execution of officer adminitration. Lack of bothering about of rights and obligations of PNS the including rejuvenation of data Lack of understanding of administration order don't specially administration Cessation of PNS (PNS Post Duty)
