The objective of this research is to describe the competency, work ethic, organizational climate and performance of teachers and to analyze the influence of competency, work ethic and organizational climate and performance of teachers and also analyze the influence of variable of competency, work ethic and organizational climate and performance of teacher which has dominant influence of performance teachers performance in SMA Negeri 1 Kauman – Tulungagung.The research plan uses explanatory research or explaination research. The data of explanatory research can be found by using documentary technique, observation, questionnaire and communication and than try to analyze and interpret it to have as a conclusion to explain the relationship happened. The type of this research is observation research with design of cross sectional study. The method used of this research is survey method that is the method of taking samples from a population and collect data through questionnaire as the main data collection tool because the variables of research gotten in the sometime. Based on the objective, this research can be classified into descriptive research of correlation that is to know independent variable whether one variable or more to make comparison or to connect another variable.The result showed that there was a significant influence of independent variable which cosist of variable of competency, work ethic and organizational climate with the variable of teachers performance in SMA Negeri 1 Kauman – Tulungagung whether simultaneous or partial and from three independent variables, the variable of competency has the most dominant influence of all
