The objective of the research are, (1) to analyze and explain the effect of internal factor on capital structure, (2) to analyze and explain the effect of internal factor on company value, (3) to analyze and explain the effect of capital structure on company value. The population of the research that used is food and beverages companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2011-2013 with total sample of 12 companies. The data are analyzed by using Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of the research that obtained known that (1) the variable internal factors have a negative significant effect to capital structure, (2) the variable internal factors have a positive significant effect to the value of the company, (3) the variable capital structure has a positive andnot significant effect to the value of the company.
