Abstract

This research tries to analyze the correlation between non-material incentive and the job satisfaction of the administrative staff of the University of Al Amin Sorong by employing both descriptive and quantitative analysis. The non-material incentive here includes: staff development, merit system, promotion, and participation variables, the analysis of statistical data has the following results: 1) the staff development proves to be significant ( r = 0,343 ; prob = 0,000 ) ; 2) merit system is not significant at ( r = 0,233 ; prob = 0,062 ). Promotion and participation are proved to be significant and not significant respectively at prob 0,098 and prob 0.000
