Based on the description of job training which is conducted in Charis National Academy Malang, this research was aimed at finding out the effect of training to the performance of the teachers. There are six variables of the work trainings that have been conducted, namely: (1) skills training, (2) re-training, (3) cross functional training, (4) teamwork training, (5) creativity training, and (6) external training. This research uses explanatory approach with survey technique to estimate the influence of skills training, retraining, cross functional training, team work training, creativity training and external training to teachers performance. The data analysis used in this research is the multiple linear regressions. Based on the data analysis, it is concluded that 2 out of 6 variables are proved to be positively significant and 1 out of 6 training variables proved to be negatively significant. The result shows that skill training, retraining, cross functional training, team work training, creativity training and external training the teaching staff performance. Finally, based on the findings above, a holistic understanding was withdrawn that to support the success of the teachers performance, creativity training were the key variable, which were conformed only if a company had done planning and training evaluation.
