This study aims to examine and analyze the organization commitment using variable role conflict, role ambiguity, job satisfaction as determinant at Bank BRI Branch Office Malang using questionnaires and documentation methods. The results of this study showed significant role conflict negatively affect organizational commitment, role ambiguity has no effect on organizational commitment, role conflict significantly negative indirect effect on organizational commitment through job satisfaction and role ambiguity significantly negative indirect effect on organizational commitment through job satisfaction.
