Abstract
This research try to analyze howLabor Needs Planning Based on Level Labor Productivity For Work Redesign And Organization Redesign in Divisi Munisi PT. Pindad (Persero) Malang – East Java.The step for DataAnalyzethere are Evaluation ofManpowerPlanning. Determination ofWorkDesignandOrganizationDesign.The compared ofthe proportionbetweenReal andEvaluation, thenfoundthe differencein the distribution ofthe distribution ofdirect laborandindirectas many as177 people(direct labor shortagesin177 people, whiletheindirectlaborthere is an excessof177 people), while the total number ofpersonnelthere is nodifference inthe amountof work. Onproduction lines, work design techniqueis more focused onwork design in group. In thenon-productionlines, workdesign techniqueis more focused onthe nature ofdesign techniquesIndividualswithJobEnrichment.Organizational structure design the most appropiatetobe appliedinthe combination design ofbureaucracythatis appliedina nonofproduction lineanddesignmatricesareappliedin theproduction line.
