This study that has been carried out in PT. Kardera-AR Indonesia attempts firstly to analyze the conditions of the organizational culture. Secondly it analyzes the employees performance, thirdly, it analyzes the influence of organizational culture variables to employees performance, and finally, it analyzes the predominant variable that influence the employees; performance it is hyphothesized that the variables of organizational culture have significant influence upon the employees performance, while quality control is expected to be the dominant variable to influence job performance. It has been proved that the variables of organizational culture within Kaizen significanly influence worker's performance. Partial test reveals that total quality management is the most dominant variables upon the employees performance.
