Abstract

This study analyses the correlation between variables of leadership and subordinates capability on one side, and the organizations effectiveness the other. The rank-spearman correlation coefficient proved that there is significant relationship between those two variables, i.e. leadership (measured by the structural initiation and consideration) and capability (measured by recruitment and development) and the organizations effectiveness. The study examines 28 respondents as the sample size representing Dinas Perikanan in Lumajang.
