The purpose of this study is to describe and determine the effect of job stress and organizational climate on job satisfaction and intention to leave.Type of this research is explanatory research.Data collected using questionnaire on 108 nurses at inpatient division of Wava Husada Hospital. Data analysis using path analysis.The results of this study showed that job stress and organizational climate has a significant effect on job satisfaction and intention to leave. It was also found the indirect effect between job stress and organization climate on intention to leave through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a major contribution in mediating indirect effect of job stress and organizational climate on intention to leave.
