Abstract
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses owned and managed by a person or a small
group of people with a certain amount of capital or wealth and income. One of the superior products of UMKM is
batik, because batik is one of the unique Indonesian heritage. The classic condition that batik UMKM always has is the
limited amount of capital that requires MSMEs to have a strategy in capital management, namely being able to optimize
capital in the production planning process. One of the factors that influence the production process is the amount of
demand from consumers. The high competitiveness demands MSMEs to look more closely at the opportunities that
exist, by looking at the behavior of consumers who are the target market. Therefore it is necessary to analyze or map
the buying behavior of batik consumers at MSMEs. This mapping aims to group consumers who have the same
behavior. Mapping or grouping is done using Fuzzy Clustering. The results of the research in Fuzzy Clustering are
able to classify the behavior of batik consumers in MSMEs.
