Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between emotional maturity and the level of aggressiveness in teenagers who play online games. The research sample consists of 200 teenage respondents who play online games spread across Indonesia. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a purposive sampling approach, showing a significant negative relationship with a value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a coefficient of -0.442. This means that the higher the emotional maturity score, the lower the level of aggressiveness, and conversely, the lower the emotional maturity score, the higher the level of aggressiveness. The emotional maturity of teenagers must be improved to reduce aggressive behavior.
