Abstract
In this study, researchers examined the relationship between authentic leadership and work engagement of sales clerk at PT.X. The researchers use the correlational design method, namely research aimed to know the relationship between two or more variables. The sample in this study was shop clerks at PT.X totaling 17 people, and using a saturated sample technique where all members of the population were used as samples. Hypothesis testing is done by using product moment analysis. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between authentic leadership and work engagement. In addition, based on the price of a positive correlation coefficient of 0.325, the direction of the relationship is positive. This shows that the higher authentic leadership, the higher the work engagement of the sales clerk will be, and vice versa
