Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between interactional justice and employee loyalty at Peter Tutoring Malang. This study used quantitative methods with a correlational design, with a sample size of 40 employees. Data collection using interactional justice scale (α = 0.950) and employee loyalty scale (α = 0.847). The data analysis technique used with simple linear regression shows there is a significant relationship between interactional justice and employee loyalty (β = 0.697, p = <0.001), with a contribution of 48,6% (R = 0.486). Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between interactional justice and employee loyalty at Peter Tutoring Malang. The implications of this study suggest that the implementation of interactional justice, such as open communication, transparency, and respect for employees, can increase employee loyalty, thus helping organizations maintain a dedicated and productive workforce. This research shows that if interactional justice increases, the level of employee loyalty will also increase. Vice versa, if interactional justice decreases, the level of employee loyalty will also decrease
