Abstract

Job stress is a pressure that is often experienced by individuals at work where there are changes in behavior that deviate from their usual functions. Work stress can have a negative impact if not addressed immediately. Work stress is often experienced by the police, especially Sabhara, because their work is directly related to the community. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of workload on work stress on members of the Sabhara Polres Batu Police. This research is quantitative. The sample in this study was 60 respondents who were Sabhara members at the Batu Police. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique with a measuring tool for the workload scale and work stress scale in the form of a Likert scale The research results according to simple linear regression analysis data explain that there is an influence between workload and work stress of 83.5%.
