Abstract

The application of therapy for clients with paranoid schizophrenia needs to see how severe the symptoms appear, especially contact with people around, there is dangerous behavior or has been cooperative. In clients with low levels of social contact, harmless, always aloof, fearful of contact with other people, need therapy to improve social contact skills. In this study, the chosen therapy is a behavioristic approach with modeling techniques using real figures, the assumption is that imitation is something that is easy to understand and can be done by clients. The client is a 43-year-old man with paranoid schizophrenia who is currently being treated at Menur Hospital. In research involving other clients who are already in a controlled condition become a model of behavior for clients of research subjects. The results of the study after receiving therapy showed positive changes that the client was able to socialize with others, was able to express what he was complaining about
