Abstract

It is known through BPS data in 2021 as many as 39.52% of the total working population are women. Working women, especially those who are married and have children, must carry out various roles as workers, wives, and mothers. If they cannot balance their roles, multiple problems can arise. This study reviewed the role of social support and life satisfaction on the work-family conflict of working women. The design of this research is quantitative correlational to know how much influence social support and life satisfaction have on work-family conflict in working women. The subjects in this study were 145 working women. The data collection of this study used social support, life satisfaction, and the work-family conflict scale. The results showed that the regression coefficient value was 0.022, with a significance level of 0.123, meaning that social support and life satisfaction did not affect the work-family conflict of working women.
