Abstract
Work stress is a physiological reaction and can be a psychological reaction that appears to an event where this incident is perceived by an individual as a threat in the workplace. This work stress can also have a negative impact on an agency. Work stress can happen to everyone, both women and men, both married and unmarried individuals can also experience work stress. This study uses quantitative methods and data analysis methods in this study using Chi Square. And the results of the data analysis test is a p-value of 0.945 (p> 0.005) which means that HO in this study is rejected or work stress has no effect on female teachers in terms of marital status.
