Abstract

Good Government Governance is a demand that must be met by the government sector. The government's efforts to provide services to the community are seen in terms of performance achievement as set commitments. Through improving performance, the government can carry out two-way communication with its people in order to find common ground for solutions (Ria et al., 2021). In creating Good Governance, it requires components that are able to realize good financial management procedures in realizing Good Governance in the police bureaucracy in the Blitar Polres area and what is the focus of this research is Transparency, Accountability, Effectiveness and Efficiency in financial management to achieve Good Governance in the region. Blitar Police Resort Police. In creating good governance, there is a need for research on "The impact of good governance on financial management at the Blitar Resort Police Office". The formulation of the problem in this study is: How does transparency, accountability, effectiveness and efficiency partially affect financial management at the Blitar Police? And the aim of this study is to analyze the effect of transparency, accountability, effectiveness and efficiency partially on financial management at the Blitar Police. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear analysis techniques and processed using SPSS statistics 25 software. The results of the study show that transparency variables affect financial management, accountability affects financial management, effectiveness affects financial management, efficiency affects financial management
