Abstract

Indonesia is an agricultural country whose people work as farmers to build food security. Likewise with Malang City or other regencies. One of the programs launched by the Malang City Agriculture and Food Security Office is the Sustainable Food Yard Program in the context of utilizing yard land. Gadang Village, RW 09 is used as the location for the implementation of the P2L Program, because the potential land in RW 09 Gadang Village is very fertile, and suitable for community yard land. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of the Sustainable Food Yard Program in RW 09 Gadang Village, Sukun District, as well as to know, analyze, and supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Sustainable Food Yard Program in RW 09 Gadang Village. The method in this study uses qualitative methods with a descriptive analysis approach. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. The techniques used in data analysis are by means of data collection, data reduction, data categories. The results of this study where communication, disposition, resources, bureaucratic structure, have run as they should but there are several obstacles that occur in its implementation, so that in the implementation of this P2L program, activities are needed that can increase community motivation to be more enthusiastic and grow P2L program development.
