Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the ease of use and user satisfaction of the Grab application, especially the GraBike and GrabFood features, among students of the Faculty of Information Technology, Universitas Merdeka Malang. Usability Testing Method and System Usability Scale (SUS) were used to study the user experience and their satisfaction level. This study involved 878 active FTI students at Universitas Merdeka Malang, and 120 respondents were selected through purposive sampling technique. The results showed that Grab application is very easy to use, efficient, and effective. The level of user satisfaction is in the relatively high (acceptance range), good (adjective), and C (grade scale) categories according to the SUS score of 71.48. This study also found that there is a positive relationship between the level of usability and the level of user satisfaction.
