Si, and Advisor II: Chandra Dinata, S. Sos., MPA, "The Role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Increasing Community Productivity" The role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises cannot be underestimated in the Indonesian economy. During the Covid-19 pandemic, it is hoped that only MSMEs can survive the collapse of the economy, because MSMEs serve the basic needs of the community and rely on local potential. For this reason, it is necessary to strengthen and foster MSMEs The government seeks to increase people's productivity and international competitiveness, as well as foster economic self-sufficiency by emphasizing strategic sectors of the domestic economy. Local governments can empower MSMEs through making appropriate regulations. Empowerment is intended to make MSMEs strong and independent in the national economy. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation with a research focus, namely the ability to create business fields, increase productivity, and produce quality products. The results of the study show that micro, small and medium enterprises in increasing productivity with the ability of home industry owners because they already have the skills to make the project to show that their abilities are appropriate as home industry owners and increase productivity, there is already a service/goods relationship with labor inputs to maintain quality. such as maintaining the quality of packaging for project products but the lack of extensive network in marketing so that home industry owners find it difficult to sell their products, so that they are not maximal in improving more broadly so that the quality of the products produced as a result of work can show the quality of their business so quality gives the best results from employment that will be useful for his business or himself. The quality of the products produced may be that he can maintain the quality of the products at their best, such as maintaining the quality of the packaging, then using fresh ingredients to make dentries and aspects of the taste that have or have not been accepted by the people in Rampal Celaket Village.
