Abstract

Kalista Indriani Cristi, Nim 19031000035, majoring in Public Administration, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Merdeka University Malang. This thesis is entitled Implementing the Profit Sharing Partnership Agreement in Tourism Development in Tangkilsari Village, Malang Regency, Dr. Sukardi, M. Si as supervisor I and Chandra Dinata, S.Sos,. MPAs. As a supervisor II. The implementation of production sharing agreements is very important to note because it is always related to cooperation between the two parties. In cooperation, of course, an agreement cannot be separated, because an agreement is the main thing that must be carried out in a collaboration by both parties. It is often found in establishing cooperation that both parties use an oral agreement, while a good agreement according to law is an agreement that is written and signed by both parties so that it has legal force. As for some of the problems that made the agreement not implemented properly as follows: where in the production sharing agreement between the rice field owner and the cafe owner using an oral agreement, and there is no written legal agreement in the agreement. But in fact the distribution of profits is not in accordance with the initial agreement, where cafe owners are not fully open with rice field owners about savings that are made unilaterally and cafe owners do not really respect rice field owners. So the problem raised in this study is how is the implementation of the profit sharing partnership agreement in the development of tourism in Tangkilsari Village, Malang Regency?. The method used in this research is qualitative research using a descriptive approach. So that in this study the author intends to explain or describe through words and analyze it regarding How to implement a profit sharing partnership agreement in the development of tourism in the village of Tangkilsari, Malang Regency? The results of this study are; the implementation of the agreement still uses an oral agreement using the principle of mutual trust, profit sharing is carried out with the provisions of net profit after deducting operational costs, namely 60% for cafe owners and 40% for rice field owners. The positive impact can help improve the economy of both parties, while the negative impact is loss of trust, less visitors and decreased turnover.
