Abstract

Public service is an activity or series of activities in the context of fulfilling service needs in accordance with statutory regulations for every citizenand resident of goods, services or administrative services provided by public service providers. The problem in this sub-district is that there are still state civil servants who do not follow the rules. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of public servicesin the Sukun District, Malang City and to find out the supporting and inhibitingfactors of the services provided by the State Civil Apparatus at the Sukun DistrictOffice. The results of this study are expected to add new insights and knowledgeabout the quality of public services in the Sukun sub-district, Malang City. Thebenefit or use of this research is as an additional reference and library for studentsmajoring in Public Administration Education.The type of research is descriptive research with a qualitativeapproach, which goes directly to the field where the research is held. The locationof this research was conducted at the Sukun District Office, Jl. Keben 1,Bendungrejosari, Sukun, Malang City, East Java 65148. The quality of service in the Sukun District, Malang City has beeneffective although there are still a few problems. The state civil apparatus in the Sukun sub-district has followed the established rules.
