Sukun, Malang City The results of this research that waste management in Malang City in 2020 has a percentage of 68% and the remaining 30% is processed by community institutions that are supervised by the Malang City Environmental Service such as Waste Banks managing approximately 1.3%. For the positive and negative impacts of waste management at the Malang City Garbage Bank, the waste bank can help the Malang City Government in an effort to reduce waste piles and help increase the economy of the people of Malang City, especially the people around the Sukun Waste Bank of Malang City, as well as the negative impact of activities at the Bank. Garbage in Malang City itself refers more to people who depend on their livelihood by collecting garbage such as scavenging and becoming rags. The biggest obstacles experienced by the Malang City Waste Bank include supporting equipment and human resources such as old waste management equipment that requires rejuvenation and people who deposit waste to the Garbage Bank cannot distinguish the types of waste that must be deposited in the garbage bank.
