Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has become a public problem, namely health, economic and social problems throughout the world including Indonesia and Malang City. Therefore, a regional financial policy is needed as an effort to handle it. 2020 in the context of handling covid-19, as well as inhibiting and supporting factors by referring to the theory of implementation of public policies and the concept of regional finance. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, data from observations, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the acceleration of the adjustment of the regional income and expenditure budget has made adjustments in three stages by generating Rp. 210,720,000,000,. The policy was successfully implemented precisely and quickly in accordance with the provisions.
