Abstract

Cash Soscial Assistance is an assistance program sourced from the ministry of social affairs in the form of providing cash for the poor. The amount of founds provided by the ministry of social affairs KPM is Rp.600.00,00. However, due to the large number of additional beneficiary families in April, May, June,which amounted to 17 beneficiary families, the amount of cash socialassistance was reduced to Rp. 300.00,00 per KPM for stage IV, stage V, stage VI, stage VII, stage VII and stage IX. The period on granting cash social assistance is from April 2020 to December 2020 which consists of stages I to stage IX. So that the number of recipients of cash social assistance in the Tulusrejo subdistrict Lowokwaru sub-district, Malang city is 387 beneficiary families. The cash social assistance program has a clear and concise objective,namely to support household consumption for poor households. Social assistance recipients are those who are recorded in the integrated Social welfare date (DTKS). The distribution or Cash Social Assistance is carriedout through PT. POS Indonesian and Himbura State Owned Bank (Himbara). Cash Social Assistance for the Malang City, East java area wasrecordedas many as 22.718 KPMs in Malang city, and in Tulusrejo village alone there were 387 KPMs. The purpose ofthis study was to determine and describe the implementation of the Cash Social Assistance Programs Policy in Tulusrejo Village. The method used in thisresearch is using qualitative research according to saifuddin (1998:5), In this study, the research is a descriptive research tool to find out and describe how the implementation of the Cash Social assistance Program Policies in Tulusrejo Village.
