Abstract

At this time Southeast Maluku has implemented a smart city with the E-report program, the needs that the community wants make the government continue to innovate in order to create services with integrity and transparency. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the user satisfaction level in the E- report program as an embodiment of smart city in Southeast Maluku using the system usability scale method. The results of this study obtained a score of 62. With acceptability ranges in the "marginal" category and also in the "low" range, based on the grade scale included in the "D" class. And the adjective ratings model indicates that a score of 62 can be considered "Ok". There are several problems in using the E-lapor program by the people of Southeast Maluku such as there are parts of the features in the E-lapor program that are still complicated to use, the E- lapor program is still inconsistent, the E-lapor program is still confusing, and that as users they still need to get used to it first before using the E-lapor program. Based on these problems, there are several recommendations that can be taken such as developing new features, providing a complete user guide, simplifying the layout, navigation, and workflow to reduce user confusion, using clear and familiar symbols and icons to help people use the E-report program.
