Abstract
This thesis was written by Bayu Widiantara with NIM 19031000056, supervised by Supervisor I namely Dr. Budhy Prianto. MS., and Supervisor II, namely Mr. Akbar Pandu Dwinugraha, S.AP., M.AP. This thesis discusses the Quality of Curative Health Services for BPJS Participants who Recipient Contribution Assistance (PBI) at the Health Center (Study at the Mulyorejo Health Center, Malang). Health services are a general priority for administrators because it is one of the fundamental rights of the community that must be administered by the government. BPJS Health membership is divided into 2, namely BPJS PBI and BPJS non-PBI. In the development of health services, there are complaints from members of the BPJS PBI community regarding the services received by many underprivileged people who have not received poor service. This study discusses the quality of curative health services for BPJS PBI participants at the Mulyorejo Health Center. This study aims to analyze and describe the quality of curative health services for BPJS participants who are Contribution Assistance Recipients (PBI) at the Mulyorejo Health Center in Malang. This study uses a type of qualitative research using a descriptive analysis approach. This research was conducted at the Mulyorejo Community Health Center in Malang. In this study, data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Then it is then processed using data analysis, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusions. The information determination technique in this study used purposive sampling. The results of this study are that the quality process of curative health services for BPJS PBI participants at the Mulyorejo Health Center in Malang city, has been going well, a clear process or flow with the posting of information about the flow of services is very helpful for patients in carrying out treatment activities at the Health Center. Easy and straightforward service requirements also help the process run well, a complete range of services makes it easier for people to seek treatment at the Puskesmas. The quality of services regarding guarantees provided by the Puskesmas is good and the services provided have become the trust of the community. While the obstacles and challenges faced by the Mulyorejo Health Center are human resources, the lack of order in the administration of both activity reporting, fulfillment of data needs for staffing and program needs. In order for health services to run well, patients should provide input on employee performance via email.
